Serene Hills installs approximately 5500 LF of preserve fencing

Serene Hills is committed to land conservation and wildlife management. Only 25% impervious cover is allowed on its original 456 acre project and wildlife management continues on all undeveloped land in this development. In this spirit, Serene Hills has just completed preserve fence installation of approximately 5500 LF in the Balcones Canyon Land Preserve. The Balcones Canyonlands is a National Wildlife Refuge located in the Lakeway area and Texas Hill Country to the northwest of Austin. The Refuge was formed in 1992 to conserve habitat for numerous wildlife species.
